Shipping Or Tracking Concern
Shipping Information
Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days of placing the order. Every item is made-to-order to avoid inventory wastage and shipped from the US.
Once shipped allow time for delivery based on the following:
US Continental: 2-5 business days
US Non-Continental: 7-12 business days
Non-US: 7-30 business days
Allow 1-2 days for a shipment to show in a carrier's system once handed off to them.
Further, some carriers only log facility arrivals so shipments may not show updates for 2-3 days while transiting.

Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided to you via email. Additionally, emails will notify you as your order makes its way to its new home.

When To Contact Us
1. If you have not received any emails from us including receipt.
2. If you have not received a tracking number one calendar week after placing the order.
3. If your tracking number shows no acceptance scan 5+ days after receiving it.

Exchange, Return, or Problem
Whatever the issue, we are more than happy to help. Email us directly at care@trailkeepers.store and include the following details:
- Order Details: Include your order number and any other pertinent information related to your purchase.
- Description of the Issue: Clearly describe the specific issue or problem you encountered with the product.
- Supporting Images: If applicable, attach images that help illustrate the problem. Please include a picture of the problem with the design visible in the same image.
Review Your Email:
Double-check to ensure that all the information provided is accurate and complete before sending it.
Once sent we will reply within 24 hours.
